This week, I had the pleasure of discovering Château Sainte Marguerite in St Tropez with winemaker Olivier Fayard. A family-run, fully organic, and vegan estate, they work with old vines—including Vermentino that’s over 200 years old!
The wines? Simply stunning. We tasted three rosés, all bursting with bright red fruit and beautifully balanced acidity. My standout favourite? Fantastique—with intense crushed red fruits, peach, and a touch of salty freshness from the Mediterranean breeze.
The bottles are just as gorgeous as the wines, featuring screen-printed floral designs with matching glasses—an absolute showstopper on any table!
