A.I. Wine?! Did you ever think you’d hear that?
What happens when A.I. meets wine? So I found out that CTZN is made by human hands but curated by artificial intelligence—they analyse data on soil, climate, and market trends to shape the final product. I imagine the market trends are most important - but I am assuming. so you have a try and let me know.

CTZN’s A.I.-driven wines have landed in Sainsbury’s (£10.75), but what do they actually taste like?
Red Blend – A bold mix of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot
White Blend – A crisp combination of Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling
The verdict?
Easy-going, approachable, —perfect for a Wednesday night after work. While the wines themselves are straightforward, the sleek packaging and futuristic concept make them a conversation starter. I’m a big fan of the labelling, feel, and honest branding.
Taste score? 3/5.
I’m intrigued to see how A.I. continues to shape the future of wine.
Will you be trying a bottle? Let me know!
